“You Never Know What Is For You, Until You Try"

Kelsibri is currently attending college working to receive a BFA in dance. She booked her first professional job as the lead role in a Nike Commercial Shoot for the new release of the Jordan brand. She has also appeared on television by participating in Oregon Cheer live performances, the T- Mobile Arena, Moda Center, and a back up dancer for Rachel platten in the 2016 Pro Bowl Performance. Kelsibri began her career as an entertainer when she was eight years old. She participated in competitive gymnastics and has developed a great stigma. With her gymnastics background, she knows how to control her energy and power through movement.

Kelsibri's interest in the dance industry grew as she got older as she began watching the MTV, Grammy’s, BET Awards, and the VMA’s. She always loved watching the performances that occurred on these television programs, as she always thought what the back up dancers were doing was impressive and entertaining to watch. Kelsbri knew that there was a place for her on the stage to perform in front of large audiences. She transitioned out of gymnastics into taking dance classes in Hawai’i where she studied dance. In high school she participated on the best high school cheer team in Hawai’i, and auditioned to be on the Oregon Cheerleading team, where she experienced a high level of professionalism and dancing on tv.

Qualities that Kelsibri values most are creativity, work-ethic, and tenacity. Creativity is important as it shapes purpose and richness into people’s lives. It requires individuals to go deep within themselves, and to trust their intuition. Having a good work ethic produces consistent quality work that helps improve oneself and an organization. Kelsibri has personal set of values, and goals for herself and exhibits what it means to work hard towards your dreams. Kelsibri demonstrates tenacity as she always puts her best foot forward in anything she does. With a high level of determination, she will work hard to stand out.
